Much has been said-and hurtingly so- about this government experiment of compensating government employees vis-a-vis their äctual performance. It is called the Performance-Based Bonus or PBB in short. PBB aims to reward the performing schools, offices- called delivery units. Those with acerbic tongues called PBB as "Puro But Bot" or roughly translated "pure nonsense"implying that there is nothing to await for, that officials are "natutulog lang sa pansitan". The the truth is, until this very date, November 25, 2014, no money has ever been downloaded, for the release of PBB. Of course there are rumors that Region 4A is receiving theirs already. Be that as it may, for Regions 10, 11 and Caraga, there is none yet.
